1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phrich ("phrich," "we," "us," or "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phrich.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimized versions, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotional activity offered through phrich, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the phrich Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of phrich following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

To register and maintain an active account on phrich, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Under Philippine law and the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), casino-style gaming is restricted to individuals aged 21 and above. phrich strictly enforces this minimum age requirement.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity). Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted on the phrich consumer platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable Philippine law.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited or restricted under local law.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by phrich or any regulatory body with jurisdiction over the Platform.
• You must not be an employee, agent, consultant, officer, or director of phrich, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.

3. Account Registration

Each individual player may register and maintain only one (1) account on phrich. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, device identifiers, payment methods, or household members — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, valid Philippine residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to promptly update this information if any of the provided details change subsequent to registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phrich login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. phrich will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account that is attributable to your failure to maintain credential security.

If you suspect that your phrich account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify phrich's support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. phrich will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation.

3.3 One Account per Household

phrich applies a policy of one active account per household address. If multiple individuals residing at the same address wish to maintain separate accounts, they must contact phrich's support team to request an exception. phrich reserves the right to grant or deny such requests at its sole discretion.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

phrich is required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended by Republic Act No. 10365) to verify the identity of its players. phrich implements a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process that may require you to submit documentation at various stages of your account lifecycle.

4.1 Required Documents

phrich may request any of the following documents to complete identity verification:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, or PRC ID)
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document reflecting your registered address)
• Proof of ownership of any payment method linked to your phrich account (e.g., screenshot of registered GCash or PayMaya account name matching your registered phrich name)
• Source of funds declaration for accounts with higher transaction volumes, as required under PAGCOR and AMLC guidelines

4.2 Verification Timing

phrich may request KYC documentation at any time, including at the point of first withdrawal, upon reaching certain transaction thresholds, or when account activity triggers an internal compliance review. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by phrich may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality pending verification completion.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phrich currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ cash top-up. phrich reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction (unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion).
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• phrich does not charge deposit fees on GCash or PayMaya transactions. Third-party transaction fees imposed by your payment provider, if any, are your sole responsibility.
• Deposited funds are credited to your phrich account balance in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱100 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your verified phrich account. phrich will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• phrich targets a processing time of under five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST).
• phrich reserves the right to impose additional verification requirements before processing withdrawals where required by its compliance obligations.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if the account has outstanding bonus wagering requirements or if the account is under a compliance review.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on phrich are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). phrich does not process transactions in foreign currencies.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

phrich may offer bonuses, free games, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the relevant offer:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered players only. New player bonuses are available once per player and once per household.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonuses not fully wagered within the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
• phrich reserves the right to void bonus balances and any winnings derived therefrom if phrich determines that the bonus was claimed through fraudulent, collusive, or abusive conduct.
• Bonus terms are subject to change. phrich will publish updated bonus terms on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review applicable bonus terms prior to claiming any offer.
• Only one bonus may be active on a phrich account at any given time unless phrich explicitly permits the concurrent holding of multiple bonus balances.

7. Game Rules and Fairness

7.1 RNG-Based Games

All slot games, table games, Bingo, Keno, Monster Plinko, and other Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games available on phrich use certified RNG systems that have been independently tested and audited for fairness and statistical randomness. phrich displays the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game in the game information panel accessible before or during play.

7.2 Live Dealer Games

phrich's live dealer games are conducted using physical equipment (playing cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by trained human dealers and streamed in real time via high-definition video. Outcomes in live dealer games are determined by physical processes observable in the video stream. phrich does not manipulate, influence, or interfere with live dealer game outcomes.

7.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the normal completion of a game round, phrich will endeavor to reconstruct the state of the game from server logs. Where a definitive reconstruction is not possible, affected wagers will be refunded to the player's account balance. phrich's determination of game outcomes in malfunction scenarios is final, subject to regulatory review where applicable.

7.4 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the phrich Platform. These limits are displayed within each game interface before play commences. phrich reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time. For VIP and high-stakes players, enhanced bet limits may be available upon request through the phrich support team.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phrich Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point
• Accessing phrich while under the age of 21 years
• Creating or operating more than one phrich account per person
• Making deposits from payment accounts not registered in the account holder's own name
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain; any such exploits must be reported to phrich support immediately
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime through the Platform
• Attempting to circumvent the Platform's responsible gaming tools, self-exclusion systems, or account verification requirements
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phrich staff, support agents, or other players
• Attempting unauthorized access to phrich systems, databases, or infrastructure

9. Responsible Gaming

phrich is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and provides a comprehensive suite of player-controlled tools designed to support healthy gaming habits. phrich encourages all players to use the Platform for entertainment purposes only, to set personal limits before playing, and to seek help if gaming begins to negatively impact their finances, relationships, or wellbeing.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered phrich players from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits — Cap total losses within a specified time window. Once the limit is reached, further deposits are suspended until the window resets.
• Session Time Limits — Define the maximum duration of a single gaming session with automatic logout upon expiry.
• Self-Exclusion — Voluntarily suspend your phrich account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes immediate effect and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Check Alerts — Receive periodic on-screen notifications during play showing session duration, total wagers, and net win/loss for the current session.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by phrich

phrich reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months
• Direction by PAGCOR, a court of competent jurisdiction, or applicable law enforcement authorities
• Systemic exploitation of Platform features, bonuses, or game mechanics

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their phrich account at any time by contacting phrich's 24/7 live chat support team or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request from a verified account holder, phrich will process the closure and return any remaining verified account balance to the player's registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of pending compliance holds.

10.3 Balance Forfeiture on Termination for Cause

Where phrich terminates an account due to fraud, material breach of these Terms, prohibited conduct, or illegal activity, phrich reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including any cash balance, bonus balance, and pending withdrawal amounts. Such forfeiture does not limit phrich's right to pursue additional civil or criminal remedies.

11. Intellectual Property

All content available on the phrich Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, trade names, audio, video, and all other materials — is the property of phrich or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property ownership to you.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of phrich. Unauthorized use of phrich's intellectual property may result in civil liability and criminal penalties under Philippine law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phrich's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with that player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of verified deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phrich shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

phrich does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency system updates, third-party infrastructure outages, and other events may cause temporary Platform unavailability. phrich will endeavor to notify players of planned maintenance periods in advance where practicable.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

phrich collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations, as well as PAGCOR's applicable data governance requirements.

The collection and use of your personal information by phrich is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on phrich, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the phrich Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

phrich will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties except as required for Platform operations (e.g., payment processing, KYC verification), as required by applicable law or regulatory direction, or with your explicit prior consent.

14. Amendments to These Terms

phrich reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, phrich will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document
• Publish the revised Terms on the Platform
• Where practicable, notify registered players via email or an on-Platform notification at least seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect

Your continued use of the phrich Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.2 of these Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phrich Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice by either party, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act of 2004 (Republic Act No. 9285).

Arbitration shall be conducted in Makati City, Philippines, in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties, subject to applicable grounds for judicial review under Philippine law.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, phrich reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
